Assistant Hard Services Facilities Manager needed in Lewisham.

The hourly rate is £23.48ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will assist with Small works with the project manager, creating basic scope of works for contractors, reviewing costs of quotation and evaluating value for money.

They will have a working knowledge of Hard Facilities Management. Ideally experience in either FM or a trade and working knowledge of safe working practices, IOSH or equivalent.
