Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the SEN Coordinator and teaching staff to provide tailored support to students with special educational needs.
• Implement and adapt learning materials to meet the individual needs of students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the well-being and development of all students.
• Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
• Collaborate with parents, external agencies, and the wider school community to ensure a holistic approach to student support.

Requirements:

• Experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
• Relevant qualifications or training in special education.
• Strong understanding of various special educational needs and the ability to apply appropriate support strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.
