Flame Health are recruiting for a DomiciliaryOptometrist to join our client who are a high quality Independent with multiple practices locally, to go out and test within the Yorkshire community.
The role:
As aDomiciliary Optometrist, your role is central in building this great patientexperience as the patientjourney starts and finishes with you.
Understanding patients needs and delivering the highest quality eye examinations to achieve the optimal outcome for patients.
Helping the director in the optical training of the retail team.
Guaranteeing technical excellence & the quality of patient care.
Personal requirements:
Fully qualified to practice in the respective area of the position.
Excited to work in a home from home environment.
Ability to make patients at ease knowing they are receiving the best quality eye examination, with thorough health checks.
Being able to build an excelled patient rapport to encourage them to give repeat businessfor future examinations, as well as recommending to friends and family.
Highly motivated and able to adapt to changing environments, whist maintaining exceptional patient care.
Being a true team player.
Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
You must be a qualifiedOptometrist registered with the GOC
