HR Advisor

Our client is a growing company that provides a complete range of outsourced HR services to small and medium-sized businesses across East and West Sussex. Their clients are from all sectors and industries which provides for a very varied and challenging role offering exposure and development opportunities to all areas of HR. 

They need an experienced, commercial, and business-focused HR Adviser with excellent interpersonal skills to provide a full, comprehensive HR service to their very varied client base. 

This is a full-time role, with a mixture of home working, client site work, and office attendance (based in Falmer) one day per week, currently a Thursday. Therefore your own transport is essential.

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Adviser who is keen to build on their portfolio of HR experience. You will be working within a team of HR Advisers and will be responsible for providing professional, pragmatic HR advice to clients.

You will also be responsible for ensuring every instance of customer contact with the company is a positive experience, taking ownership over your work and building good relationships with your individual client base.

Due to the nature of the services provided and variety of clients we are looking for a resilient and confident individual who is happy to advise and communicate in challenging situations.
