Job description
We are looking for a Temporary team member to work a Administartion role on behalf of our client in Tip Tree, Essex
The position will involved duties such as –
Schedule drivers, minibuses, and private volunteer drivers who take people who are unable to travel by public transport to their doctor/hospital appointments, shopping etc. Anything they would need transport assistance with. You will be speaking with all the drivers, scheduling their days to ensure efficient use of time and vehicles. There is a lead scheduler here to show you the ropes, what an interesting and satisfying role!
This position is to start immediately, this is a great environment to work in and interesting work. Due to the location of the office, you will need to drive, there is parking though.
You will need good IT skills including the use of MS packages, you must of course have an excellent telephone manner, good written and data entry skills along with the ability to work within a team, whilst being proactive in your work.
