Remuneration: Circa £120,000+

Description: Full-time Performer Dentist required for 3-5 days per week in a busy, mixed, well established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Honiton, Devon
•              £15 per UDA
•              GOOD PRIVATE POTENTIAL
•              50% split on private & Labs
•              Practicing principal on-site,  2 Associates & Hygienist
•              4 surgery practice - All surgeries have natural lighting & air conditioned
•              Well established patient list
•              Fully computerised surgeries - SOE
•              OPG
•              Digital x-rays
•              Rotary Endo
•              Apex Locator
•              Supportive environment and additional mentoring available if required
•              Principal would be happy for somone to sell Invisalign within the practice
•              Experienced nursing team
•              Practice manager on-site full-time
•              Full support team including a hygienist
•              Train Station 1 minute away from practice           
•              Available now, start date negotiable

- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
- IRMER
- PIN number
