Description
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Financial & Commercial Services team.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure the financial viability of projects.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and legislation.
- Identify and drive efficiency improvements within financial processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
- Represent the financial department in senior management meetings.
Profile
A successful Head of Financial & Commercial Services should have:
- Degree in Finance/Accounting
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Working knowledge of financial legislation and regulations.
