Job Title: Site Agent - Heavy Civils and Drainage
A leading construction company specializing in heavy civils and drainage projects. We're seeking a skilled Site Agent to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of heavy civils and drainage projects.
- Coordinate resources, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Liaise with stakeholders and provide leadership to site staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in heavy civils and drainage projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
