Job description
A reputable firm, with a strong presence in the Hull and York markets, is seeking an experienced lawyer with 7years or more of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their busy and highly regarded Private Client team.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of Private Client work. The role will have a specific focus on:
- Drafting wills
- Managing probate matters
- Handling lasting powers of attorney
- Advising on estate planning
- Managing trusts
Qualifications and Experience: - Minimum of7 years post-qualification experience.
- Proven expertise in Private Client law, with a strong focus on wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate planning, and trusts.
Key Requirements: - In-depth knowledge of Private Client legal processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
