Explore an exciting opportunity with our client, a reputable RCVS accredited small animal practice nestled in the charming county of Suffolk. Established in the mid-1980s, our client has garnered an outstanding reputation in the region, holding a Silver Status from the Rabbit Welfare Association and Fund and RCVS accreditation.

Situated between Bury St Edmunds and Stowmarket, our client's practice enjoys convenient access to the A14 and excellent rail services to Cambridge or London. The picturesque village setting enhances the appeal of this opportunity.

We are currently seeking an experienced small animal veterinary surgeon to join the dynamic team on a full-time basis. The team, consisting of 4.5 FTE, boasts a mix of seasoned professionals and younger vets. Recently welcoming a new graduate to the fold, the team exhibits a diverse range of skills, experiences, and interests. Our client encourages individuals to pursue their passions within the field.

Complementing the veterinary team, the nurse team comprises 6 Registered Veterinary Nurses and 2 Student Veterinary Nurses. A dedicated support staff of 6 experienced members ensures seamless operations. Additionally, our client hosts visiting specialists, including an orthopaedic surgeon and an ultrasound specialist.

The practice operates across two fully-equipped sites, both featuring state-of-the-art technology such as Ultrasound, Digital X-ray, an In-house laboratory, Endoscope, and an Ultrasonic Doppler. As an integral part of this two-site practice, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and contribute to the delivery of exceptional veterinary care.

The Rota:
• Full time role - 40 hour week
• Part time applications will be considered
• 1:6 Saturdays
• No OOH
