We have ambitious plans to grow and have secured funding for an exciting new project for which we are looking for aCommunity Manager.
The Role
The Community Manager will lead the travel and transport related reviewing project.
You will be responsible for ‘Community Mapping’ - planning and prioritising locations, transport hubs and venues tobe visited. You will also lead on Community Outreach, Stakeholder Engagement and production of supportingresources.
You will have a passion for UK travel and should expect to spend a significant portion of your time exploring newlocations particularly around UK transport hubs.
You will report to the CEO and manage the Review Coordinators whose main focus will be submitting disabled accessinformation and Community Engagement. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that keymilestones are met.

The Role
You’ll have the opportunity to deliver new technologies and content to help make the world a more accessibleplace.
You will be project managing new accessible tools so disabled people can travel in confidence including a new websiteand mobile app.
You will also work with the Community Manager and the rest of the Project Team as they collate and publish disabledaccess information at transport hubs, venues and businesses.
You’ll be ensuring the project remains on track and to budget, providing regular updates to the CEO and Board andexternal stakeholders.

*The successful candidate’s salary will be determined in line with their skills and experience. New employees arenormally appointed at the lower end of the salary scale and potential candidates should not expect to beappointed above the midpoint of the salary scale.

Lead a dynamic, agile team to deliver Citizens Advice Scotland’s digital advice content.
You will manage the delivery of high-quality digital advice and the production of content, making sure it isaccessible and driven by user needs. You will also contribute to website development in order to meet thecurrent and future advice needs of the public and for the Citizens Advice network in Scotland as a whole. Thisrole will require you to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Citizens AdviceEngland and Wales, to facilitate the delivery of digital advice and lead on specific innovation projects. The Adult Services Manager will be responsible for the delivery of services for people affected by Cystic Fibrosis.This will include providing support and supervision to our adult services volunteer team.
The role is based in our Edinburgh office but will involve travelling throughout Scotland to visit service users,provide support to volunteers and meet with specialist NHS Cystic Fibrosis team in hospitals.
The Adult Services Manager will be part of a team, which collectively provides support that ensures best outcomes forpeople living with Cystic Fibrosis.
The successful candidate will have good communication, problem-solving and organisational skills and they will beable to motivate others and work with people at all levels.
Full driving licence and a car is essential.
For this regulated work the successful candidate will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership which willbe paid for by the Trust.
