CV Screen is recruiting for a Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote and sell our clients’ products. You’ll work closely with the B2B sales team and create campaigns to drive sales and activity levels for the business. The role has direct management responsibiliteis for the Senior Marketing Executive. 

Responsibilities for the role

• Oversee the ongoing development and maintenance of the company’s online presence including web site, digital marketing, and maintenance of online database.
• Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends.
• Undertake and produce competitor landscape using latest industry statistics.
• Conduct market segmentation and develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach specific customer segments.
• Work with the Products team to ensure product roadmap goals are achieved and delivered on time.

Requirements

• Educated to degree level or equivalent ( Marketing or Business)
• Background in Product Marketing an advantage
• CIM qualification an advantage
• Proficient in MS programmes; Adobe, Foxit, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience in analysis and reporting of campaign/ digital activity

Salary and benefits

• Up to £53,000          
• 28 days holiday + bank holidays
