Job description
LA International is an established public sector Digital and Technology Resourcing and Project Solutions provider, with a turnover of £300m per annum.
We are expanding our successful Project Solutions Division and require an experienced Bid Manager with consulting or professional services industry experience to join the team. You’d be joining a rapidly growing division, helping us to grow our Solutions delivery business which are amongst the fastest growing areas of our company and one of the most exciting as we continue to take market share from many of the more traditional, large Systems Integrators and Consulting companies. You will lead the bid process from end to end, being supported by a team of SMEs and Bid Expertise from our other divisions. The role has all the pace and excitement of working for a start-up company but with the stability and track record of a well-established company. You will be leading on opportunities from key government frameworks including Digital Outcomes and Specialists, G-Cloud and Non-Clinical Staffing. The work you’d be involved in will drive growth in a strategic area of our business. You’ll have the opportunity to increase the current win percentage, help optimise our current bid processes and ways of working, and also build our Solutions Bid team to a level that is commensurate with the market opportunity and potential Benefits include: • Basic £45k to £65k depending on experienceProud member of the Disability Confident employer scheme
