Job description

An excellent opportunity for a Test and Assembly Technician to join an Oil and Gas company based in Aberdeen is now available. This company are well-known for their impressive history and global presence. You will be working within a well maintained and tidy workshop within a strong team environment working on the assembly, testing and maintenance of Pressure Control Equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Disassembly, reassembly, inspection, pressure testing of PCE tools.
• Disassembly, reassembly, inspection, pressure testing of DHT tools.
• Fault finding and trouble shooting of PCE & DHT tools.
• Read and understand manufacturing drawings.
• Completion of Risk Assessments.
• Ensuring workshop and yard are maintained and kept tidy.

Experience required:

• Completion of apprenticeship – preferred.
• Pressure Control Equipment experience.
• Mechanically minded.

Remunerations:

• Competitive rate – DOE.
• Strong amounts of overtime available.
• Pension.
