AAA are working exclusively with our Dyce based Tools provider to recruit for a Customer Advisor for their team on a full-time, perm basis.

Our Client has been supporting businesses across a variety of industries for over 30 years, providing global exportation of their products to over 60 countries.

This role is to join an existing team of 5 Customer Support Advisors, providing customer quotes in a quick, professional manner. The focus of the role is to support the business' revenue and profit by providing excellent customer service.

Candidates duties will vary day to day, but duties will include:

• Handling general enquiries from customers
• Ensuring orders are delivered on time
• Improving effectiveness of quotes by working to understand why orders have been lost
• Provide customers with quotes that suit their needs

Candidates are required to have full right to work for working in the UK as this Client is unable to sponsor at this time. 

Candidates should have experience working in a fast paced environment and handling their own work load. Team working skills are essential for this role and candidates will ideally have experience working with and liaising with Clients.
