Job description

Our Client is a leading contractor looking to hire a Site Engineer for Data Centre related projects

The Ideal candidate will be Degree educated with previous Data Centre/Substation experience

The Role:

• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
• Managing parts of construction projects
• Overseeing building work and undertaking site surveys
• Setting out sites and organising facilities
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
• Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
• Any other reasonable requests as required by Management

Requirements:

• Engineering related degree
• Member of professional institution
• Commercial and programme awareness
• Good team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
