Job description
What you will do in your working day
- Someone who is keen to be mostly based in the office and work on our existing database.
- Calling off market landlords, calling buyers of our own properties to see how they are getting on and see if there is an opportunity to rent their property out, possibly re-sell it one day etc.
- Someone who can be the lead on canvassing, so create campaigns etc and even canvass physically along with members of the team.
Specific vacancy requirements:
- Someone who is confident and motivated
- Good communication and customer service over the phone, good telephone manner
- Loves selling and is also organised as will need to diarise after each call
- Someone who is also keen to get out of the office, be active and canvass
The training you will be getting
- Level 3 Business Admininstrator Apprenticeship standard qualification
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
- Possible progression into full-time employment for the right applicant upon completion of their apprenticeship
