I need a keen and enthusiastic head chef to take over my duties as chef/owner as I am retiring after 40 years here. My ideal applicant would be someone who has a flair for cooking English and Continental cuisine, knows how to motivate staff in a positive way and gets things done on time. You must be prepared to work evenings and weekends. This is a great job for someone who lives locally.
