Technical Instructor (Digital/Cyber)
Salary: £26,980 - £28,774 pro rata
(Salary dependent on qualifications and experience)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent, Term Time Only (38 weeks)
Required: 8th April 2024 or later
Cirencester College is at the forefront in delivery of new T level qualifications in Digital Support Services and Cyber Security. We are looking for an adaptable individual with a ‘can do’ attitude to join the dedicated teaching team, to provide technical support in addition to the capacity to instruct and train students in practical aspects of their curriculum. This enhanced technician position is ideally suited to someone who has excellent technical skills, and would like to be more involved with some aspects of instruction in the workshop and classroom. The role is particularly exciting as we have just introduced the new Cyber Security course which will be run in our purpose built sandbox environments in the Digital building at the college.

The post holder will be expected to demonstrate outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills. Ideally candidates should possess Digital/IT or Cyber qualifications or a background in PC maintenance / installation / Networking and repair, preferably with an interest in interest in Cyber.
