Business Development Representative

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Representative, but this is not your average, boring, outbound calling role. It’s a mixture of warm and cold leads and you will be dealing with senior people in large corporates.

Working within the Sales team your main focus will be to drive new business and help us achieve our high growth ambitions.

You’ll need to generate qualified leads and arrange meetings for the Sales Consultants. This will involve identifying opportunities through inbound and outbound activity over the phone and via email.

 

Responsibilities

 

What are we looking for?

Experience in outbound calling and lead generation

At least one role selling SaaS solutions .

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), building strong relationships with customers, seen as a trusted partner, comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders.

⏰ Excellent time management skills, able to self-prioritise and organise your workload

Driven, motivated with a desire to exceed targets

Experience using Salesforce (or a similar CRM)

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Online tests in numeracy and logical reasoning

⏳ Interview with the hiring manager and a member of the team
