Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for recent graduates to join a well established but growing recruitment agency based local to Guildford. They are looking for driven and ambitious graduates to help expand their business. No experience needed.

Salary: £18,000 basic, £26,000 OTE

Duties

• No experience necessary, full training provided.
• Register Candidates on to the database
• Search database/websites/LinkedIn for Candidates
• Match Candidates to Vacancies
• Working to targets
• Prepare candidates for interview
• As a trainee recruitment consultant, you will receive the best training and development on the grad market
• Build lasting relationships with candidates and clients
• Ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines
