I am looking for someone who is education recruitment experienced, who can help my client build out their presence across Cheshire, Wirral and Liverpool.
This is not a hire and fire business, having worked with them for 15 years I can say that every consultant I have placed here, is still here. They have been supported to grow their desk – we don’t expect 100dpw in 3 months, but we do like hard work and a desire to grow your days. You are supported by a large branch network across the UK, and all the marketing, admin and clearance support that brings.
This is an office-based role, with free parking, and the usual client visit days.The team is very experienced and have a loyal client base – they have been established here for 10years. The senior managers in this company are approachable, and happy to talk with you around strategies to build your desk that you know work. There are no KPIs for the sake of it.
Salary is negotiable, commission scaling to 20% and we can discuss a no threshold package.
I’d be keen to speak to other high volume temps recruitment consultants who want to transfer to education. Consultants who have the most success are those used to a high mix of phone based business development, alongside servicing existing clients. You need to know that there are some early starts across the week: 7am, and you will generally work shorter hours in the school holidays and take your holidays then too.
