Residential Conveyancer
A Residential Conveyancer is required by a law firm near Southampton within their specialist residential conveyancing team. The role is due to further expansion and the team consists of many very experienced property lawyers.

The Role
The Residential Conveyancer will be responsible for a case load with minimal supervision of residential conveyancing transactions. Predominately the conveyancing work will involve new build property transactions, title checking and transfers of ownership.
The Candidate
A conveyancer capable of running a case load with minimal supervision and must have new build conveyancing experience.
Salary Circa £30,000 to £50,000 depending upon experience
