Job description
Conveyancing Solicitor, Belfast City Centre. Suit 2 years + PQE. Superb opportunity to join a progressive law firm.
Our client is a well-known, prestigious general practice based in Belfast City Centre.
The successful candidate will join a busy property department and concentrate solely on residential conveyancing.
As a conveyancing solicitor you will play a pivotal role in the firm's property department. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential transactions from inception to completion. Your duties will include conducting legal research, preparing contracts, handling negotiations, and providing expert legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors involved in property transactions.
• Conducting property searches.
• Providing clear and concise legal advice to clients.
