Client Details

PageGroup are supporting a leading distribution organisation based in Coventry with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join for a maternity contract.

Due to the nature of this sector, the role is fully office based working

Description

Reporting to a HR Manager, the role of HR Advisor is a varied and generalist role, supporting with all generalist people matters at a busy, unionised distribution site.

This will include but not limited to:

• Deal with a wide range of employee relations casework
• Support with employee engagement and retention projects
• Support with recruitment
• Organise and assist with training and development activities
• Provide HR advise and guidance to a wide range of stakeholders
• Assist site managers with absence management
• Assist the HR Manager with HR projects and initiative

Profile

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven HR Advisor background in a similar role

Up to £36000

Circa 12 month interim contract

25 days holiday + Bank Holiday
