Production Shift Manager | Food | Peterborough



Salary: £competitive Are you an experienced Production Shift Manager, who has a strong food manufacturing or Fresh Produce background? Are you currently on nights and want a days role? Do you want to work for a very strong brand, supplying some of the best products into the UK reatilers? If so....we want to hear from you.


This is a fantastic opporutnity to work closely and alongside an experienced Factory Manager and Operations Director, who I am sure you can learn a lot from throughout the day to day. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the day shift, where you will overseeing and be responsible for ensuring all aspects are running effectively and efficiently from a KPI front, ensuring labour is optimised whilst optimising stock movement through the business.


For the future, this business do like to promote within, so any further/future opporutnity of growth could well be up for grabs, which I know you can't get everywhere.



What do you need to apply?

• Previous experience in a similar role within Food or Fresh Produce
• Proven track record of managing KPI performance, ensuring optimisation.
• A strong H&S cultural drive, ensuring individuals remain safe throughout.
