Carbon60 are looking to recruit a canteen chef to work in a busy hospital canteen in Edinburgh , this will be working for a large FM company on a temporary ongoing basis

ROLE: Canteen Chef

PAY RATE: £12.26 per hour.

JOB TYPE: Temporary Ongoing

LOCATION: Edinburgh

HOURS: Days

THE ROLE

• Plan and prepare daily menus that meet the dietary needs of our staff.

• Ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

• Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Level 2 in food safety and hygiene
