Call Centre Assistant

Store: Specsavers Tetbury

*New store opening April 2024*

Potential start date as soon as possible – initial training will start in Specsavers Stroud before store opening

Hours: Full time – 40 hours (saturday working is essential – may require sundays in future)

Salary: Starting salary of £10.62 per hour, rising to £11.64 in April 2024

Experience – Previous call centre experience is preferred but not essential for this role

At Specsavers, our Receptionists / Call Centre / Customer Service Advisors are essential in shaping the beginning of our Customer’s journey.

We’re looking for someone with experience in customer service with strong communication skills, who is good with people, has an organised approach & a willingness to help – a friendly and professional approach is essential.
