St George's, Ascot (SGA) is an independent boarding and day school with approximately 270 pupils aged from 11–18 years about 45% of whom are boarders (full, weekly and flexi) and with a Sixth Form of approximately 80 pupils.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic full–time Director of Admissions.
This is a high profile position at the School and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a strong performing Admissions department consisting of two other members of staff. The Director reports to, and works closely with, the Head and is responsible for key decisions that directly impact pupil recruitment. They will play a vital role in the continued success of St George's and will benefit from working in an exciting, results focused, innovative, rewarding and friendly workplace. A role with considerable variety, it is enhanced with some overseas travel and a range of benefits as outlined below.
This is a full–time role, working throughout the year and the normal hours of work will be 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday with a 30 minute unpaid break for lunch.
The successful candidate will be auto–enrolled into the School's defined contribution pension scheme. Lunch is provided free of charge during term time. Members of staff can use the School's sports facilities at allocated times and there is free on–site parking. The post holder's daughters may, upon passing the entrance assessments, be eligible at the discretion of the Governors for a reduction on day fees.
It is hoped that the successful candidate will be available to join the School in May/June 2024.
