Job description
The appointee will join a team of 6 Histopathologists, each of whom has a special interest varying from monospecialisation to a more generalised repertoire. The appointment to this post is with a view to encourage the candidate to develop their areas of interest as in areas of Gastrointestinal pathology, Gynaecological pathology, Skin pathology, and Breast pathology amongst others. We would welcome applicants who would like to work part time. The appointment currently is at 1WTE, however this is likely to change with ongoing service development discussions that may require up to 2 more WTE in addition to the current post. Each posts are based on a 10 PA contract for the full-time applicant. Additional PAs may be available following job planning exercise and flexible working patterns can be considered.
