We are looking for Kitchen staff to join our team in a well-established and enviable Afro Caribbean restaurant at the heart of Windsor. The restaurant creates a homely atmosphere, serving guests with delicious authentic mouth-watering Afro Caribbean cuisine. This role will include duties below: • Washing, peeling and preparing food ingredients • Using equipment such as mixers, special knives and cutters • Reviewing kitchen inventory and determining what items are needed • Unloading fresh supplies and organising the stockroom • Checking sell-by dates and rotating food stock • Cleaning kitchen appliances, ovens, dishes and pans • Observing cooking times and correct temperatures • Strive to continuously adhere to strict Food Hygiene policies. You will be part of our team ensuring each guest has a positive dining experience, You will inspire the Dining Team by leading by example, always adopting a hands-on, "Can do attitude". Be able to work on multiple projects at a given time, remaining calm and positive in a pressured environment. Required: Excellent communication skills.
