Job Overview

We are actively seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join our dedicated team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in establishing the first stage for future sales by scheduling meetings with potential clients. You will be responsible for handling outbound calls and emails, identifying prospects, and arranging solid leads for the sales team. If you have exceptional organizational skills, a knack for communicating effectively, and a flair for customer service, we would love to meet you.

Main Duties

• Carrying out outbound calls to potential customers.
• Arranging appointments for the sales team with prospective clients.
• Maintaining a record of calls, meetings, and useful information within our CRM system.
• Working closely with the sales team to develop strategies, implement scripts, and assess market trends.
• Meeting and exceeding appointment setting and performance goals.

Who we're looking for

A proactive, goal-driven individual with previous experience in a customer service or outbound calling environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, is highly valued.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an Appointment Setter or Telesales position.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
• Successful track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Due to the location you must drive and have access to your own transport.
