This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of the Outside the Box Team who are based within HMP Channings Wood.

You will manage the flow of work to the team and develop processes and systems that support these functions, including the ability to meet deadlines, collate data and maintain standards relating to the administrative processes.
You will need to ensure that the turnaround times for clinical correspondence are met, results management response times to patient enquiries are delivered and take corrective action to remedy where performance is compromised.
You will work in partnership with the team manager, other clinicians and prison service staff to understand their needs and priorities (which may change depending on workload). The support you provide will be varied often involving procurement and training administration.
You will have experience of prioritising a varied and busy workload both your own and that of the team you will support and will have experience of working under pressure, with the ability to work to and achieve deadlines.
Accurate minute taking in MS Word and analysing data from MS Excel are also key parts of this role.
