Our client is a pioneering engineering manufacturer , who provide a valuable service to the defence and sub-sea sectors (to name a few). Due to their catalogue of world-renowned customers and constant flow of work; this prestigious company are looking to add a Mazatrol and FANUC programmer to their already successful team of machinists.
Lathe Programmer (FANUC) Lathe Programmer (Mazatrol) Permanent £16.16-£19.20 (DOE)7:30am – 16:30pm Monday to Friday Derby Lathe Programmer (FANUC) Lathe Programmer (Mazatrol) Job Description - Programming and running Lathes.
- Utilising a “right first time” and “zero-waste” mindset on an array of steel, titanium, nickel, and aluminium based products.
- Ensuring route card instructions are followed and all appropriate documentation is compiled with the highest level of accuracy.
- Machining low volume/high quality products.
- Undertaking quality checks of own work, to ensure compliance to drawings and tolerances.
Lathe Programmer (FANUC) Lathe Programmer (Mazatrol) Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications - Experience Programming on FANUC and/or Mazatrol control systems (online).
- Ability to read complex engineering drawings.
- An accountable and positive attitude to all work tasks
- Previous exposure to Nuclear/Power Generation/Aerospace industry
