Job Title: Experienced Paralegal Property Litigation Department

A highly regarded law firm with offices based in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its esteemed Property Litigation department. Our firm specialises in supporting lenders in the collection of their loan portfolios managing recovery action from default to realisation.
Job Description:
- Liaise with and take instructions from senior members of the team as required.
- Assist solicitors within the team with their caseload of property litigation managing all stages of disputes up to and including trial/hearings.
- Collaborate with external solicitors and counsel when necessary.
- Handle legal queries and inquiries referred by other team members.
- Prepare relevant documentation for trial/hearings including bundles.
Requirements
The Successful Applicant:
- Preferred: Law degree (not essential).
- Experienced Paralegal with knowledge of litigation and property law.
- Demonstrate firstclass client care and communication skills across all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Effective prioritization skills.
- Work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Conduct matters in accordance with the firms policies and procedures.
- Responsible for selfdevelopment and compliance with firm and regulatory training requirements.
- PC literate with good IT skills.
- Good timekeeping skills.
