JOB DESCRIPTION Title: Helpdesk Provisioning and Support Location: Manchester Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:30am â 6:00pm Contractual Status: Full time, Permanent Job Description: Our client is an Ofcom registered expanding telecoms company, aiming to always be at the forefront of the industry with agreements with all the major UK networks and carriers across a full range of products and services. We have worked hard to build our portfolio to ensure we are able to cater to our clientsâ telecoms requirements. This is a desk-based role located in our Manchester Office. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards and provide excellent customer service and support. Additional training where necessary will be provided.As a member of our Provisioning & Support Team, you will be responsible for dealing with fault diagnosis and support for our wide range of products and services including:
