Job description
The Senior Human Resources Manager will lead and manage the People & Resourcing Team, which consists of the Retained Recruitment; Pay, Terms & Conditions; and Agenda for Change Job Evaluation functions. The post holder will also take a lead role ensuring the Trust meets its required obligations in respect of these functions, including achievement of outcomes through the application of best practice standards and governance. The post holder will support the Assistant Director of People & Resourcing in the development and implementation of strategies aimed at continuously improving and modernising the approaches taken to attract, recruit and retain staff. The post holder will work closely with the Human Resources Business Partners, to support the management of change within the Directorates and improve the productivity of the Trust’s workforce. Working as an integral member of the corporate Human Resources Team, the post holder will also work closely with other colleagues within the Human Resources function, Corporate Bank and Occupational Health and Well-being Service and other key stakeholders within the organisation to ensure a seamless, responsive and co-ordinated approach to the delivery of Human Resources and related activities. .
