Job description
Our client, A Large public sector organisation, based in Limavady is looking for an Admin Officer to join their team.
Duration: until 31/03/2025
Rate of pay: £11.99 per hour
Start Date: Immediate start
Hours: Monday to Friday ( Flexi-available )
Location: Belfast
Duties will include:
* Manage allocated caseload;
* Process correspondence and identify issues arising;
* Prepare standard documents, case files and internal memo’s requesting Employment Judge direction;
* Plan and prioritise work effectively to meet deadlines, performance standards and statutory requirements, paying particular attention to cases listed for hearing;
* Clerk Hearings: Assist tribunal members, representatives and parties prior to hearing;
* Ensure that hearing rooms are set up and paging system is working;
* Liaise with parties as directed by Employment Judge; Swear in witnesses; take appropriate notes at hearing and record the decision;
* Update hard copy and electronic case files;
* Update case tracking system;
* Provide cover;
* Any ad-hoc duties as required.
Essential Criteria:* 5 GCSE’s A-C including Maths & English (We will require proof at time of application)
