I have the pleasure of recruiting an experienced Chemistry Teacher for one of my top client schools in Barnet. I am looking for a passionate Chemistry Teacher to work in a 'Good' Secondary School in North Barnet, with a strong Science department, and fantastic resources and is highly regarded for academic excellence. This is a
permanent Chemistry Teacher position beginning in September 2024.

- Salary: Outer London Pay Scale | M3-U2 = £36,320-£49,353 for a Chemistry Teacher, with TLR opportunities for the right candidate.
Chemistry Teacher | What are we looking for?: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential for a Chemistry Teacher
- A Science-related Degree | 2:1 or above
- A PGCE or a PGDE would be advantageous
- A supportive Chemistry Teacher who is capable of creating an inclusive learning environment with high behaviour expectations
- The best candidates for this Chemistry Teacher role will be confident with GCSE / A-level Chemistry teaching and will be able to support other sciences.
- The school are looking to employ a Chemistry Teacher who demonstrates passion towards the subject, helps students of all abilities reach their full potential, and has a dynamic and proactive approach to teaching.
