Job Description
- Clear and agreed Roadmap for HAZOP's with clarity on choices.
- Structure and plan to deliver simple standards for Process safety; functional, process and management in line with the overall plan
- Lead the expertise platform (process safety operation managers and Technical Authorities) addressing structural issues and track audit gap closure to deliver results at the front line
- Build outstanding capability in house to Service the business in the different technologies and geographies based on heat map, including talent pipeline
- Ensure top construction projects are delivered OTIF without process safety incidents and future proof
- Improve audit program in line with overall per business ask, consolidate, simplify, more effective and cost efficient
- Owner of Management of Change process for SHE, including standard, tool and training - ensuring fit for purpose functionality and capability across
- Ensure visibility and buy in of all key stakeholders on strategy and plan
The Successful Applicant
A successful Global Process Safety Manager should have:
- MSc in Chemical Engineering
- Process Safety Operational experience
- Background in Chemicals, FMCG or Oil & Gas
- Operational experience in: HAZOPs, PSSR, MOC, QRA, Process Safety Audits, Bow tie, Asset Health, 20 Process Safety Elements
- Data driven, self-starter, excellent communication skills, ability to work agile and iterative
- Collaborative work ethic, growth mindset, challenging status quo, talent catalyst, leading virtual teams
- Proven track record of project delivery, fully operational in delivering time driven action plans and closing gaps OTIF
- Like to have a six sigma, preferably black belt (nice to have)
