Join our hard-working, energetic and sociable Finance team! Coapt are a Brightonian property agency, specialising in student accommodation. We are here to guide tenants through the renting process; At the end of a tenancy, we understand a tenants’ priority is to get their deposit back as quickly as possible, so we’ve expanded our team and are looking for conscientious and thorough individuals to help the moving out process go as smoothly as possible. With over 2500 tenants, there’s a lot to do! You’ll need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, whist maintaining high levels accuracy.

Full training will be provided.
Salary: £11.00 per hour + £250 end of season performance bonus!
Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5.30pm
Start date: 17th July 2023
Fixed term temporary contract.
End date: Flexible between 29th September – 31st October 2023.
