Job description
We're looking for a HR Data Analyst to join our HR Data & Projects Team based in Trinity House in Nottingham. This role is paying from £35,505 to £47,600 along with a market leading benefits package.

We’re looking for a tech savvy HR Data Analyst to join our HR Data & Projects team. Our mission is to use our expertise and technology to make the complex easy for our colleagues.
You’ll be responsible for supporting a wide variety of HR data topics including reward, internal performance KPIs, statutory and operational reporting, and HR project data handling.
You’ll help develop dashboards and visualisations that drive data-led decision making, so it’s vital that you can interpret data and convey results in a meaningful and concise way.
You’re going to be working with a range of stakeholders and other specialists, so you’ll be organised, cooperative, flexible and have great attention to detail.
You’ll be excited by our evolving technical environment, harnessing the power of data to make informed decisions, and being part of a growing team which you can grow with.
