Job description
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic property lawyer to fill a permanent senior conveyancer post within the Planning and Conveyancing Team.
You will be required to have experience in a broad range of complex conveyancing matters and preferably in more than one of the following areas of conveyancing work: conveyancing work in respect of major developments, commercial freehold acquisitions and disposals, leasehold acquisitions and disposals, leasehold extensions, compulsory purchase orders and regeneration schemes. The successful candidate will be qualified as CILEX level 6, solicitor or barrister or equivalent with commercial conveyancing experience in either the public or private sector.
