Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Supported Living and Outreach services at Empower Family Group.

About the Role

You will be based in our Head Office in W est Monkton Somerset.

You will manage all administrative aspects of the service and ensure good coordination between management and support staff while maintaining an efficient and effective service. This role will be part of our multidisciplined and highly regarded Outreach Team to improve quality of support to team members and service users value for money and increase engagement with providers. The Outreach service provides communitybased care and support packages to children and young people aged 018 years of age and includes support to families as well as multiagency working and liaising with other services such as Social Workers Local Authorities and other care providers.

Main Duties

Processing and replying to new enquiries and referrals received by the service. Coordinating supervisions

Coordinate meetings with professionals and manage diaries.

Proactive internal communication to staff across services via the appropriate communication platforms. Lead on the coordination of training health and safety. Ensure the staff team are supported mentored and receive the highest quality of supervision and coaching where appropriate. Follow all instructions and/ or actions identified in care plans and risk assessment To contribute to the development and implementation of risk assessments as appropriate. To develop relationships based on mutual respect and trust with service users by being open communicative and continuously supportive.

Any other ad hoc administration duties this may include visiting homes support workers and young people.

To undertake any other duties deemed appropriate and within the remit of the post this may include working at different homes in line with needs of the business.

This role is subject to the successful applicant having an enhanced DBS check for child and adult workforce with barred list checks.

Requirements

A solid written & verbal communicator with an eye for detail & excellent interpersonal skills.

Good time management & attention to detail.

Highly proficient in the use of Dropbox Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint Windows.

Excellent customer service skills both verbal and written.

Experience in the same/similar role is essential (minimum of 2 years Administrator expereince essential)

Must hold a full UK driving licence have use of a reliable car and be willing to have business insurance cover during employment.
