To support our continued growth and exciting plans within our Think Business, we’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our Engineering Team.

The role
We're looking for an ambitious Full Stack Engineer with proven engineering experience. As a member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for high quality delivery of all Think’s technical best practices.
You'll be immersed in an agile environment, reporting to the Tech Lead and working closely with the Product team to build, scale, and optimise our platform and improve the customer experience.
You will support Think’s leadership in hiring and establishing a culture of cooperation and trust in the engineering team.
This involves:
- Designing and Implementing solutions
- Be responsible to build and run the products delivered
- Mentoring more junior resources
- Keep a close eye on the Test Automation for API and Webpages
- Support product in the decision-making process
- Collaborate in building a technical roadmap
- Keep the documentation up to date
- Keep team health metrics
Desired technical experience:
- Microservices design experience including Event Driven Architecture
- API design experience.
- SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS and containerisation tools such as Docker.
- Experience with CI/CD is essential.
- Experience in API automation testing.
- Understanding of websites automation testing.
- Knowledge of cucumber or similar.
- Passionate about technology with a strong record of delivering world-class technology in a tech-led space.
- Experience with one or more of the following languages Ruby on Rails, Vue.js, Node.js
- Complete the profile experience in one or more of the following technologies, Typescript, GraphQL, Jest, Semaphore, Circle CI, Heroku
- Passionate about DevOps.
