Sales Administrator

£28-32k inc. benefits
Hours 7.30-4.30pm Monday to Friday

Provide an outstanding experience for each customer you come in contact with, giving the customers the best possible solution in the quickest time possible.
Responsibilities:
- Qualification and following up of any sales enquiries that are handed on from the Customer Experience team and the project sales team.
- Processing and managing customer orders and small projects.
- Liaise with customers and the internal operations team and external suppliers over delivery times and supplier prices
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Prepare quotes for standard and bespoke products, log on the CRM tenuously following up
- Taking incoming sales enquiries that come over telephone, email, and website
