Bellcare has vacancies for healthcare assistants who enjoy a challenge, throughout Cumbrian due to ongoing expansion.
We are looking for professional and dedicated people, who can practice or will work to practice with support, and excellent standards of care delivery. We provide care in the community that can be complex and demanding but is always rewarding and interesting.
Bellcare managers and trainers are supportive, professional, and knowledgeable; they work with their local team to ensure every member is working towards being the best they can be
For those with no experience, the starting rate is £10.42 per care hour for the first month, then £10.75 for the second month, and then after your probation, it is £11 per hour.
For experienced care assistants, the starting rate is £10.75 for the first month, then £11 after your probation.
Travel time is paid at £10.42 and we pay 45p per mile. A car owner with a full UK driving license is essential.
We can guarantee agreed working hours every week, offer good terms and conditions and never use zero-hour contracts.
