Job description
A new 150+ cover restaurant, which will become the flagship of an already highly successful and popular group, will be opening in West London in 2024. As Senior Sous Chef, you’ll be instrumental in the overall running of the open planned kitchen, helping to ensure the exceptional standards and building an excellent reputation within the area and beyond.

Previous experience as a Senior Sous/Sous Chef within busy produce driven restaurants to a 1-2 AA Rosette/Bib Gourmand standard is needed. You will need to be a foodie and this role would be a huge draw for a Sous Chef who has an interest in world food and cooking over fire.
An inspiring leader who will mentor, develop and help to retain a close-knit team of 15-20 Chefs. Good financial awareness with experience of ordering and rota writing. Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
