Major global law firm with strong finance practice has a key role for a Senior Associate to handle a broad range of finance matters, including leveraged finance, general corporate lending, structured finance, REF, and restructuring both borrower and lender side. Applicants should be 5pqe+ have plenty of variety to their experience, and be used to heading up transactions.
