Job description

Our client is looking for multiple Team Leaders to join their service. These are all Permanent placements that offer a great amount of support with progression opportunities. They have ambitious improvement and transformation plans to create optimum conditions within their service which their staff can make a real difference and improve outcomes for children.

Requirements of you as the Team Leader:

- Dip SW/CQSW/Social Work Degree and current SWE registration
- Experience in leading a team to improve services
- Ensure statutory duties and best practice is followed, you’ll develop a team plan in line with Children’s Services strategic objectives and provide management oversight
- A full UK driving licence
- DBS clearance
- Authority to work in the UK

Salary: Team Manager – £49,498 - £51,515

Locations: Cotswolds / Cirencester / Forest of Dean / Gloucestershire / Tewkesbury
